Mary had a Little Lamb
The little lamb had an ewe.
God looked upon what He had done
And what was going to be.
His people, their way wanted to go,
When driven they scattered abroad.
Little Bo Peep may have lost her sheep,
But the sheep got lost by themselves.
Have you ever seen a sheep play a game,
Or fetch a stick, or jump a hoop
Will not drink water from a running brook
Even though dieing of thirst?
Of all the animal God created
He acquainted us with the sheep.
I am glad he skipped the donkey
For at least sheep can be led.
With each other they are acquainted,
"my sheep know my voice"
God said.
